The Warner Select Board will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall (5 East Main St.) in Warner, for the purpose of hearing public testimony and information on planned equipment purchase(s) using the Highway Equipment Capital Reserve Fund. The equipment being discussed is a loader with a potential cost of $160,000 to $180,000.

Involuntarily Merged Lots

If you own real estate lots that were involuntarily merged by municipal action, you may be able to have those lots restored to their pre-merger status. Your property may qualify if two or more lots were merged for zoning, assessing, or taxation purposes and the merger occurred:
  • During your ownership, without your consent;
  • Prior to your ownership, if no previous owner consented to the merger.
To restore your property to pre-merger status, you must: Once restored:
  • Your properties will once again become separate lots;
  • however, they must still conform to applicable landuse ordinances.
  • Restoration does not cure non-conformity.

Solar Array Exemption

For all new Solar Array Owners, you must APPLY for the solar array exemption before April 15th of any given year. The form to fill out is the PA - 29 found on the Department of Revenues web site or the form can be picked up at the Assessing Office in the Town Hall during office hours. You must provide a copy of the bill showing the cost of the array, the amount of the rebate from the PUC, and the amount of the tax deduction that was applied for or received. You must also include the number of panels and how many kW they produce.

Commissioners Meeting Notice

The Warner Village Water District Commissioners will meet regularly on the Second and Fourth Wednesday of every month at 9:00 AM at the treatment Plant, 55 West Joppa Rd, Warner NH.

If you wish to attend a meeting of the Commissioners, and cannot arrange to come at this time, please contact the office at 603-456-1890 and we will arrange a time to meet which suits your schedule.

Building Permits

Any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by the State Building Code, RSA 155-A, must obtain a Building Permit.
