Warner Conservation Commission Public Hearing - 2/19/18 7:00pm

The Warner Conservation Commission (WCC) will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 19 at 7:00pm to receive public input pertaining to expenditure of $75,000 from the conservation fund for the purchase of a conservation easement on 4 lots, totaling approximately 150 acres on Brown Rd. for the Brown Family-Frazier Brook Farm: Tax Map 15 Lot 53-1; Map 15 Lot 43; Map 15 Lot 56-2; and Map 15 Lot 34-1. WCC funds will supplement an LCHIP grant awarded to the Ausbon Sargent Land Preservation Trust to conserve agricultural land.

At the Town Clerk’s Office until March 1, 2018, at a Meeting of the Supervisors of the Checklist, or with the Supervisors on Election Day. Photo ID and proof of physical residency required. Town of Warner - PUBLIC NOTICE

Involuntarily Merged Lots

If you own real estate lots that were involuntarily merged by municipal action, you may be able to have those lots restored to their pre-merger status. Your property may qualify if two or more lots were merged for zoning, assessing, or taxation purposes and the merger occurred:
  • During your ownership, without your consent;
  • Prior to your ownership, if no previous owner consented to the merger.
To restore your property to pre-merger status, you must:
  • Make a request to the local governing body
  • No later than December 31, 2021
Once restored:
  • Your properties will once again become separate lots; however, they must still conform to applicable land use ordinances. Restoration does no cure non-conformity.

Town of Warner - PUBLIC NOTICE

Parking Ban

The Town of Warner's parking ban is in effect and states that no vehicle may be left on any street, road, or highway in the Town of Warner between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., from November 1st until May 1st of each year. Any vehicle found to be in violation of this ban will be towed away at the owner's expense.

Solar Array Exemption

For all new Solar Array Owners, you must APPLY for the solar array exemption before April 15th of any given year. The form to fill out is the PA - 29 found on the Department of Revenues web site or the form can be picked up at the Assessing Office in the Town Hall during office hours. You must provide a copy of the bill showing the cost of the array, the amount of the rebate from the PUC, and the amount of the tax deduction that was applied for or received. You must also include the number of panels and how many kW they produce.

The Warner Village Water District Commissioners will meet regularly on the Second and Fourth Monday of every month at 9:00 AM at the treatment Plant, 55 West Joppa Rd, Warner NH.

If you wish to attend a meeting of the Commissioners, and cannot arrange to come at this time, please contact the office at 603-456-1890 and we will arrange a time to meet which suits your schedule.

Any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by the State Building Code, RSA 155-A, must obtain a Building Permit.
