Hazard Mitigation Committee Public Meeting - 3/26/19 7:00 PM
Warner Town Hall

There will be a public information meeting on Warner's newly developed Hazard Mitigation Plan on March 26, 2019 during the regular Board of Selectmen's Meeting. All are invited to attend. Draft Plan and Maps will be available for review at the Town Hall and on the town website. Note that the Selectmen's meeting begins at 6:00 PM, the Hazard Mitigation Plan presentation begins at 7:00 PM.

Class V and VI Road Restrictions

As of March 1st all Class VI roads in Warner will be posted and closed to heavy trucking and Class V roads will be posted for 6 ton limit.

If you have questions regarding trucking on a particular road please contact Director of Public Works, Tim Allen at 603-456-3366.

Per order of the Board of Selectmen Pursuant to:
  • RSA 47:17, VII - regulate all streets & public ways
  • RSA 231:191 - maximum weight limits

Involuntarily Merged Lots

If you own real estate lots that were involuntarily merged by municipal action, you may be able to have those lots restored to their pre-merger status. Your property may qualify if two or more lots were merged for zoning, assessing, or taxation purposes and the merger occurred:
  • During your ownership, without your consent;
  • Prior to your ownership, if no previous owner consented to the merger.
To restore your property to pre-merger status, you must: Once restored:
  • Your properties will once again become separate lots;
  • however, they must still conform to applicable landuse ordinances.
  • Restoration does not cure non-conformity.

Parking Ban

The Town of Warner's parking ban is in effect and states that no vehicle may be left on any street, road, or highway in the Town of Warner between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m., from November 1st until May 1st of each year. Any vehicle found to be in violation of this ban will be towed away at the owner's expense.

Solar Array Exemption

For all new Solar Array Owners, you must APPLY for the solar array exemption before April 15th of any given year. The form to fill out is the PA - 29 found on the Department of Revenues web site or the form can be picked up at the Assessing Office in the Town Hall during office hours. You must provide a copy of the bill showing the cost of the array, the amount of the rebate from the PUC, and the amount of the tax deduction that was applied for or received. You must also include the number of panels and how many kW they produce.

Warner Village Water District - PUBLIC NOTICE

Commissioners Meeting Notice

The Warner Village Water District Commissioners will meet regularly on the Second and Fourth Monday of every month at 9:00 AM at the treatment Plant, 55 West Joppa Rd, Warner NH.

If you wish to attend a meeting of the Commissioners, and cannot arrange to come at this time, please contact the office at 603-456-1890 and we will arrange a time to meet which suits your schedule.

Building Permits

Any owner or authorized agent who intends to construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, demolish, or change the occupancy of a building or structure, or to erect, enlarge, alter, repair, remove, convert or replace any electrical, gas, mechanical or plumbing system, the installation of which is regulated by the State Building Code, RSA 155-A, must obtain a Building Permit.
